The Recovery & Performance kit contains vitamin-complex, vitamin C, mineral-blend and amino-blend components. Olympia names magnesium chloride, zinc sulfate, manganese and copper gluconate in its mineral ingredients, and arginine, carnitine, lysine and proline in its amino/nutrient ingredients.
