Payment and Billing Information
Stronger Every Day-Soul Mind Body is a “fee for service” practice. Payment will be due at time of service and can be made with cash, credit/debit card, or HSA/FSA. Cherry Payment plans are also offered (see below). Please account for a 3.5% processing fee to be applied to all credit/debit card payments.
Lab Testing
Stronger Every Day-Soul Mind Body offers on site testing collection through Health Lab, which can directly bill your insurance. Any costs not covered by your insurance policy will be the patient’s responsibility. For more information, please contact your insurance carrier. Health Labs does offer a “Cash Pay” pricing bundle for labs to avoid any insurance use; that cost is $250.00.
