- In-depth telehealth or in person consultation assessment to get to know your health history and the whole you with Britney
- Labs ordered (patient is responsible to check with their insurance to verify coverage) All new patients will have a function medicine blood panel ordered. This panel looks at each body system, hormones, cortisol, complete thyroid, micronutrients, inflammatory markers, and more. Note: Labs are ordered through HealthLab and billed to the patient’s insurance
- Follow up consultation to review lab results, formulate an individualized plan of care and review supplements/prescriptions that will be ordered to optimize your health
- Follow up Consults – $150
- Labs ordered; patient is responsible to check with their insurance to verify coverage.
- Lab review to evaluate progress and make any needed changes to your plan of care, prescriptions/supplements ordered/refilled
- Sick Visits – $50
- In Person and Telehealth care options available to give you high quality care anywhere any time.
- We offer testing for influenza, strep, covid, UTI’s and more
- Peptide Therapy Visits – $50

There is a cancellation policy if a late cancellation or no show occurs. A 48 hour notice is required for any cancellation or change to your appointment. Patients who stipulate less than 48 hour notice or miss their appointment, will be automatically charged an appointment cancellation fee of $50 to the card they have placed on file.
